In Summary

In this chapter we introduced the iteration: how the team work iteratively and incrementally, delivering working software in short, time-boxed periods. We looked at the life cycle of a story, starting in the iteration planning meeting and then, just enough analysis and design for coding to start.

Agile projects are collaborative. The experience designer is part of the team.
