LESSONS FOR DESIGNING ON-BOARDING FOR EXECUTIVE LEADERS
Sooner or later in their first year in the executive role, most leaders will face some type of major stumbling block. An executive on-boarding process can and should provide the support and feedback that will assist executives in successfully addressing hurdles. The most effective programs also act as early warning systems that allow the executive and the organization to preempt the possibility of derailment.
