Before you continue, make sure that Eclipse recognizes the Java JRE that you have just installed. Eclipse can use a stand-alone JRE. Let’s go through the steps.
1. Start C:\Program Files\eclipse.exe (or equivalent executable on your operating system). You should create a shortcut at this point.
2. Change the workspace name that you will use for this book to C:\Users\<your user name>\workspace\learningandroid, as shown in Figure 2.3.
