Saving a QR Code for Later Use

Whenever you view web pages, you record a history in the browser that you can refer to if you want to revisit the site later. Your QR Code reader also saves your scanning history. When you’re out and about scanning QR Codes — perhaps standing in line at the supermarket checkout when you spot a QR Code on a register sign — you can capture them with your reader and view them later.

Just like your web browser, QR readers have a history option. You can review QR Codes at your leisure, so scan away.

If by chance your QR Code reader doesn’t have a history page, the reader may allow you to scan a code right from your picture library. In that case, snap a picture of the code and scan it later.
