I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Task activities
The task activities can be used to perform certain operations on records in tables that extend from the Task table:
- Attachment Note: The Attachment Note activity can be used to add an attachment to the current record
- Create Task: The Create Task activity can be used to generate a record on any of the tables that extend the Task table
The availability and functionality of some of the activities depends on the table on which the workflow is being applied. The Create Catalog Task feature is also available when we are defining a workflow that is applied on any service catalog related tables such as Requested Item.
