I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Modules, Forms, and Views
So far we have learnt about user interface, user administration and databases, and how application scopes work. Now we will learn how to create modules, and customize forms and views.
ServiceNow applications are data oriented, which is why the ServiceNow platform offers us various ways to present data to end users by creating various kind of modules, which are accessible through navigational links available under each application menu in the left navigation pane. It also offers tools to modify the layout of forms and add various types of form field elements to the form.
