I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Workflow Development
We have learned many different features of the ServiceNow platform so far, including user administration, data dictionary, application scopes, modules, home page customization, reporting, events, and notifications, and have also written client-side and server-side code, including client scripts, business rules, script includes, script actions, and UI macros and UI pages using Jelly. The ServiceNow platform offers many such features and functionalities to administrators and developers to automate and extend the platform. Another such feature is workflows. Using workflows, developers can automate the platform visually without having to write much code.
