So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Global scope
Typically, out-of-the-box applications are part of global scope, along with any custom application developed prior to the application scoping feature prior to the Fuji version. Any developer can modify applications defined in global scope. However, global scope applications are not eligible to be uploaded to ServiceNow Store.
Application artifacts in global scope don't have any namespace identifier.
