I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
In this chapter, we learned the concept of workflows and about different core activities. We learned in depth about the concepts of workflows and how they can be used to bring more visibility to the development process. We learned how to make use of the Run Script and Set Values activities. We also learned how to create an outbound REST message and invoke outbound REST calls using only scripts.
In the next chapter, we will learn how to debug the different server- and client-side scripting options available in the ServiceNow platform.
