It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Viewing and running reports
Service-Now can provide reports in Excel, PDF, and image formats, but regarding business reporting, where business heads, managers, or executives ask for reports, Service-Now reporting seems to be weak. It is worth including a few scenarios here: Every company has their own format or reporting template, which may include a logo, styles, color combination, or reports on different report sheets in the same Excel workbook; this kind of reporting is not feasible from Service-Now.
