Making a decision is often the easy part. Selling it to sceptical stakeholders and implementing it successfully is often much more difficult. Gerry Johnson, Kevan Scholes and Richard Whittington’s Stakeholders’ Mapping Model can be used to identify possible road blocks to implementation.
