I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I hope that you enjoyed reading the ‘A good decision/bad decision’ entries and that you found time to jot down a few notes about why you think people made the decisions they did.
Without all the details it’s not possible to say why people took a specific decision and rejected another. It might be because they lacked information or didn’t understand the importance of certain data. However, it is possible to identify certain very human characteristics that time and again influence both good and bad decisions and it is these that I have highlighted below.
