It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Understanding server roles
When you add a role, as in Figure 6.3, to Windows Server 2019, actually, you are assigning a task that the server needs to perform. That way, the server role is the server's primary function. In the best-case scenario, the server should have only one role. However, the server can have multiple roles too. Remember, always try to understand the exact role that your server needs to perform so that you can then choose the right hardware for it as well.
