I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Accessing the advanced startup options
In Windows Server 2019, there is no F8 option. Instead, you can use the Advanced startup options to recover the server OS. That said, to access the Advanced startup options, complete the following steps:
- Click the Start button.
- Select Settings from the Start menu.
- In Windows | Settings, select Update & Security.
- Select Recovery from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
- Click the Restart now button (as shown in Figure 3.2) and then click on Continue:
