I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Understanding high availability (HA)
HA is a characteristic of a system that never fails, thus being available at all times. However, that is only possible in an ideal world. In our world, the highest available standard is 99.9999%. To achieve such a standard, we need to have numerous parameters in place. Thus, from backup to fault tolerance and from resilience to reliability, all storage media is required to be operational so that the system as a whole is highly available.
