detector position, given an amplitude-modulated input signal
of 100 MHz.
e forward data were generated with a nite element model,
using an unstructured mesh consisting of 83,142 nodes and
444,278 four-noded tetrahedral elements, using piecewise linear
basis functions.
For the reconstructions, a coarser mesh consisting of 27,084
nodes and 141,702 four-noded tetrahedral elements was used to
