user-friendly interface by managing a user’s proﬁle. Another is a knowledge

management agent. The prime objective of this agent is to retain the meta-

knowledge (also known as knowledge about the content/knowledge) and

the ontology—the fashion in which the knowledge is stored. It also controls

other agents of the system and local databases/documents, if any.
