Knowledge is acquired from various sources, such as media, the Internet,

printed material and documents, reports, and experts. The process of knowl-

edge acquisition also involves a variety of personnel, such as the knowledge

engineer, domain expert users, and programmers. See Chapter 2 for more

information on these sources.
