- Change my Desktop size/resolution, or the color depth of my display?
System Preferences→Displays→Display→Resolutions
- Get a menu extra in the menu bar for changing my display’s settings?
System Preferences→Displays→select the checkbox next to “Show displays in menu bar”
- Configure the settings for a second monitor?
System Preferences→Displays→click on the Detect Displays button
