So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The server for Rendezvous multicast DNS (mDNS). It’s
started by the mDNSResponder startup item,
creates a PID file in /var/run/, and responds to
TERM and INT signals by quitting cleanly.
Options

-d Run in debug mode, preventing daemonization, although it doesn’t appear to be particularly useful in this state.
