System Preferences→.Mac→iDisk→click on the checkbox next to “Create local copy of your iDisk”→select one of the radio buttons to Automatically or Manually synchronize your local iDisk with the online iDisk

Enter the URL http://webmail.mac.com, and log in using your .Mac member name and password.
- Mount my iDisk?
Click on the iDisk icon in the Finder’s Sidebar.
