I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

コミュニケーションコストが増えることによって開発の効率が落ちるため、開発
チームを分割してサイズを適切に維持するのが一般的です。
開発チームは、プロダクトを作るために必要なすべての作業ができなければいけ
ません。たとえば、要求の分析をする、設計する、コードを書く、サーバを構築する、
テストをする、ドキュメントを書くといった能力が開発チームの中に必要です。こ
れを
機能横断的
なチームと呼びます。たとえば「要求分析チーム」や「テスト
チーム」のように、特定のことしか行わない専門のサブチームは作りません。開発
チームのメンバーごとにできることが違ったり、能力に差があったりしますが、作
業を進めていく過程でなるべく個人が複数のことをできるようになることが望まれ
