I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

開発したいものの概要と人物紹介
「なーんだ、スクラムって簡単そうじゃない？」
まずは、部長に今回の概要を聞いてみよう。

スクラムで決められているイベントや作成物については完璧にわかったぞ。ロー
ルについても理解できた気がする。これなら部長に色々と聞かれても大丈夫そうだ
な。じゃあ、そろそろ部長のところに行ってみよう。まずはどんなモノを開発した
いのかを詳しく聞いておかないとね。
まず、部長の紹介をしておこう。この人がブチョー。僕たちが所属する開発部署
のトップだ。この会社の開発に関しては、割と上の立場にいるんだ。
開発部署の部長。

歳。
細かいことを気にしない明るい性格が社内外で愛さ
れている。年の割には考え方は柔軟で、部下が育つ
として社内でも評判。今回の開発ではボクくんにス
クラムをやらせる許可をしたが、あまり深くは考え
ていない。遠目にチームの成長を見守っている。い
い加減かつテキトーな一面も。
ブチョーから早速、今回の開発について色々と聞いてみた。僕たちがこれから作
るのは、社内の営業部が使うシステムで、
いわゆる営業支援システムと呼ばれてい
るものだ。営業活動を効率化するために、営業活動の日報や商談の進捗を管理した
り、得意先情報を見たりするものだそうだ。これは営業マンが外出先で毎日使うも
のらしい。また、得意先の訪問履歴や商談の進捗状況から商談成立の見込みなどを
営業部全体に共有する、なんてこともやりたいそうだ。大昔に自社で作ったシステ
ムがあるんだけど、古くて使い物にならなくなってきているので、新たに作り直す ...
