朝会と呼ばれることもあるが、別に朝じゃなくてもかまわない。参加するのは開発
チームで、スクラムマスターは必要や要望があれば参加して、司会などをする。そ
れ以外の人が参加する場合は、デイリースクラムの進行を邪魔しないような配慮が
必要だ。また、多くのスクラムチームでは、このように立ったまま行う。
