I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

いつも確認し続けよう。そのためにスプリントレビューでは、完成したもののデモ
を見るだけじゃなく、この先のゴールをどう協力して達成していくかを検討する。
周辺の状況の変化を確認し、ゴールに向けた進捗や次にやるべきことを議論して、
プロダクトバックログに反映する。そして、実現することを調整したり、ゴールの
達成により適切なプロダクトバックログに変えていく。そのため、スプリントレ
ビューにステークホルダーを必要があれば招待するのも、こういう活動には周りと
の協力が重要だからだ。
そして、スクラムチームはゴールに向かえるように絶えず工夫をしよう。そのた
めには、スクラムチームが今よりうまく仕事を進めるか、何かを調整するしかな
い。けれど、どちらもゴールにすぐに大きく近づくことはできないんだ。そして、
調整するにはそのための時間も労力もかかってしまう。スクラムチームの状況が厳
しいときに、たくさんのことを一度に調整するのは簡単なことじゃない。そうなら
ないために、いつでもゴールに向かい続けよう。こうして、スクラムチームは、期
待されるゴールにたどりつくんだ。
じゃあ、そろそろ「ボク」たちのスクラムチームが期待されたゴールにたどりつ
けそうかを見てみようか。
