The idealized concept of

is an important application of
Systems

. These two concepts—
systems thinking and systems learning
—are the founda-
tion of the Centre’s work. We have clarified and simplified these complex concepts into three
frameworks from Systems Thinking to guide people in their quest for these elusive “holy grails”
of learning and The Learning Organization.
