2. Report quarterly to the SCLSC on the
status of the core strategy/major
change. Use the KISS Method; mostly
verbal reports/dialogue are desired.
3. Receive all department plans for this
core strategy/major change. Review/
critique them.
4. Support and work with line managers
on coordination and achievement of
this core strategy/major change. Do it
so line manager has no surprises ...
