Inside the HRMML Vocabulary

I mentioned a little earlier that the HRMML vocabulary is actually divided into two vocabularies: resumés and job posting information. Because each of these vocabularies addresses many of the same issues related to human resources, Structured Methods opted to modularize the vocabularies so that they could share common elements and entities with each other. More specifically, the Resumé and Job Posting DTDs are very simple because they import the majority of their structure from other documents via parameter entities. You'll find that the HRMML vocabularies provide an interesting example of a modular approach to DTD design.
