It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Using the Active Directory Administrative Center
To create a user using the Active Directory Administrative Center, follow these steps:
- Open the Active Directory Administrative Center (dsac.exe).
- In the left navigation pane, right-click the domain name and select New and then User from the menu. The Create User: window appears:

- Specify the Full name, by either typing the full name or by filling the First name and Last name fields.
