It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
The service account connecting to Active Directory
The service account to connect to Active Directory is stored for the Active Directory Management Agent (MA). After you successfully change the password for the service account (and thus pass the password requirements), change the account password in the configuration for the management agent in the Synchronization Service Manager.
