Using Windows PowerShell

To modify the tombstone lifetime period to 180 days, run the following lines of PowerShell on a system with the Active Directory module for Windows PowerShell installed:

Import-Module ActiveDirectorySet-ADObject "CN=Directory Service,CN=Windows NT,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=Lucernpub,DC=com" -Replace @{"tombstoneLifetime"="180"}
