I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Creating the Organizational Unit where groups are to be written back
Perform these steps:
- Open the Active Directory Administrative Center (dsac.exe).
- In the left-hand navigation pane, switch to Tree view.
- Expand the tree, if necessary, to locate the domain or Organizational Unit you want to be the parent object.
- Select the parent object for the new Organizational Unit.
- Right-click the parent object, select New…, and from the menu select Organizational Unit.
- Enter a name for the Organizational Unit. Optionally, enter a description or fill in any of the other fields:
- Click OK to create the Organizational Unit.
