So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As a service technician, you will work with materials and equipment that require special handling. Items such as CRT displays and batteries require certain precautions to ensure your safety. In addition, you must take measures to ensure that ESD does not damage the equipment you work on.
