So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Required Tools and Equipment
In addition to the standard electrostatic discharge (ESD) wrist strap and mat—which you should always use, following the guidelines discussed in Lesson 4, “Safe Working Procedures and General Maintenance”—you will need the following tools and equipment:
Soft cloth
Coin
Magnetized Phillips #0 screwdriver
1.5 mm hex driver (or TORX 6 driver)
Screw tray
Nylon probe tool (922-5065)
Apple Hardware Test (AHT) diagnostic disc for the PowerBook G4 model
