可視化
グラフの可視化には、主にR を使うが、特定の状況で便利なツールが他にもある。Graphvizは、
グラフを可視化する。Gnuplotは万能ナイフのようなプロットツールで、強力でスクリプト可能だが、
扱いにくい。

Graphviz
Graphviz（http://www.graphviz.org）は、グラフレイアウトおよび可視化パッケージである。この
パッケージはもともとAT&T社が開発し、現在はEclipse
ライセンスでリリースされ、活発にメンテ
ナンスされている。
Graphvizは実際にはツール群であり、それぞれが異なる機構でグラフを自動的にレイアウトする。
各ツールは、グラフ定義に基づいてグラフを自動的にレイアウトする。グラフはdotと呼ばれる言語
で定義する。dot言語はさまざまな属性のノードとそのノードを接続するリンクを指定する。dot コ
マンドの例と出力を例9-1に示し、その結果を図9-1に示す。
