You will first get rid of the remaining red spots on the fingers and hand:

Take the Lasso tool, and using the Add to selection mode (found as an icon on the Options bar), select the spots of red one by one, as you can see in Figure 16.31. When you're finished, right-click (Macintosh: hold Ctrl and click) on the Background layer title, choose Layer via Copy from the context menu, and name the new layer Hand red correction.
