So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Setting Up a Custom Slide Show
You can start a photo slide show in Media Center by using the Picture Library to open the folder containing the photos you want to view and then clicking the Play button. By default, Media Center displays each photo in order for 12 seconds, and employs a pan-and-zoom effect, where Media Center moves the photo along the screen while simultaneously magnifying the photo. These are reasonable options for most of us, but Media Center offers several options for customizing your slide shows. Here’s how to set them up:
