I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Setting Parental Controls
If you have children who share your computer, or if you’re setting up a computer for the kids’ use, it’s wise to take precautions regarding the media content that they can access. Fortunately, Media Center offers parental controls that can block TV shows, movies, and DVDs based on their rating. Any media that has a higher rating requires a code to view.
Follow these steps to set up parental controls in Media Center:
1. In the Media Center Start page, select Tasks, Settings. The Settings page appears.
2. Click General to display the general settings.
3. Click Parental Controls. Media Center prompts you to create an access code that you’ll use to display blocked content.
