So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The drawing lists seven objective factors which are perceived as Organizational culture. The factors are as follows:
Objective factors
Innovation and risk taking
Attention to detail
Outcome orientation
People orientation
Team orientation
Aggressiveness
Stability
Organizational culture leads to a vertical continuum of Strength which ranges from low on the bottom to High on top. The continuum points to two factors on the right, defined as Performance and Satisfaction.
