Mega-memory machine types
For very high-memory applications, Google provides mega-memory machines. This machine type is currently in private beta, and only available as n1-megamem-96, which provides 96 vCPUs and a staggering 1440 GB of RAM. These machines may be ideal for specialized applications such as in-memory databases.
