Datastore pricing and IAM
The Datastore price model is based on the size of stored data and the number of operations, including reads, writes, and deletes. Like many Google Cloud products, Datastore offers an always-free tier that includes daily usage of 1 GB of storage, 50,000 reads, 20,000 writes, and 20,000 deletes.
Beyond the free tier, Datastore carries the following costs:
- $0.18 per GB per month of storage
- $0.06 per 100,000 entity reads
- $0.18 per 100,000 entity writes
- $0.02 per 100,000 entity deletes
Additionally, administrative operations such as backups and restores are charged in terms of resulting entity reads and writes, and all operations are subject to standard networking charges.
