Nearline and Coldline Storage locations

The concept of Nearline and Coldline Storage locations can be a bit misleading, as buckets created in these locations may use any regional or multi-regional location. When objects are stored in Nearline or Coldline Storage buckets, Cloud Storage will store them within the specified location, but in a consolidated manner with reduced availability. It may be helpful to instead think of storage classes as existing within a given storage location.
