Network and security resource roles

In addition to compute-specific resource roles, there are a number of network and security roles. These roles are complementary to the compute-specific roles, and are often applicable to other products and services within the GCP catalog. For example, the Security Admin role allows control over security resources such as SSL certificates. These resources are largely used within Compute Engine, but may also be useful when dealing with App Engine or Kubernetes Engine.
