SQL Server AlwaysOn Features

For SQL Server high availability needs, SQL Server 2014 provides a feature referred to as AlwaysOn. The AlwaysOn features provide SQL Server administrators more power and flexibility in their efforts toward providing both high availability and disaster recovery. AlwaysOn is not a technology in and of itself but rather the grouping of the latest high-availability and disaster-recovery features in SQL Server.
