It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
What’s New for Distributed Replay
Distributed Replay was first introduced in SQL Server 2012. Very little has changed in SQL Server 2014. The one notable change in 2014 is that it can replay workloads that were captured in SQL Server 2014. This is not possible with the SQL Server 2012 Distributed Replay.
