Integrated Help
The integrated help, including Books Online documentation, changed significantly in SQL Server 2012 and those changes have been carried forward to SQL Server 2014. SQL Server provides a new Help Viewer that changes the way that you install and view the documentation. SQL Server 2014 Books Online now uses the Help Viewer that was originally released with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Service Pack 1 (SP1). Figure 3.2 shows an example of the Help Viewer. Note the content displayed on the right side of Figure 3.2; it describes some of the basic elements of the help facility in SQL Server 2014.
