The rest of the book is focused on the diagnostic tools that are used to leverage the seven stages. Each of the seven stages is built upon a further seven tools and ideas that might be used to manage the process. The suggestion is not that all 49 tools need be used. Only you will be able to determine the fit. But it will pay to consider all the components. The tools offered could never hope to offer all the potential diagnostic tools that you might need, but they will increase your ability to draw on a wider range of ideas.
