I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Head: At this stage, your role is to foster and release the creative spirit that lies within all people and organizations. To this end you must be able to think divergently and help others to open their minds to new ideas and ways of thinking. Most importantly, as a facilitator, you must be able to operate on many levels at any one time. Although you must be aware of the task in hand, you must also be tuned into the process being followed by the group and be aware of any emotional blockages.
