Using WordPad
WordPad is a simple but powerful word processor that comes with Windows 95. WordPad offers many of the editing and formatting capabilities—such as cut, copy, and paste— commonly found in more advanced applications, along with the ability to share information with other applications and files using OLE.
WordPad is easy to use. The techniques and features you've learned to use in other word processors—such as how to select commands and how to enter, format, and print text—also work here. Because the margins, a font, and tabs are already set, you can actually begin a new WordPad document as soon as you start the application. WordPad's Help command can assist you if you run up against something new.
