Locating Computers
Despite the emphasis of this chapter on peer networking within the workgroup, Windows 95 is in no way limited to accessing the shared resources of nearby machines. You can access any peer workstation on the local network segment, and depending on the protocols being used, possibly any machine on the entire enterprise network.

In a large-enterprise network environment, the sheer number of available machines may make it difficult to locate a particular server or workstation that you don't access frequently. For this reason, Windows 95 includes in its Find feature the capability to search for networked computers, files, or folders.
